Offensive Opinion

Offensiveness is subjective, it’s an opinion. Therefore it is not a question of morality in itself. You need to look at the circumstances and intentions of the “offender” to determine moral culpability. Ultimately being offended is a choice (after maybe an initial unconscious reaction). It is also used out of fear or as a distraction and even weaponized. Simply put, stop saying “That’s offensive!”
